All products are handmade or hand-finished; therefore, minor variations may be present these are part of the garment’s unique character and not considered defects.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.
 In case of stock unavailability or order issues, we will notify you promptly via email or phone and offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • International orders may take 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delays caused by courier services or customs are beyond our control, though we’ll assist in resolving them where possible.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
